Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking an IT Intern in Singapore to support 2nd level end-user IT issues, assist with asset and account management, and contribute to IT learning initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit in IT, strong English communication, and teamwork. Applicants must have valid work status in Singapore.

• The intern will provide assistance to the 2nd level end user support, for all escalated IT related issues on PC hardware and software, business applications and enterprise IT services.
• The intern will is also responsible for account and asset management, PC hardware and software deployment services and IT learning and development.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, with working knowledge of up to 4 of the following technologies: Windows 11 OS, Mac OS, MS Office 365, Power Platform, RPA, AI tools or scripting.
• Has good command of both written and spoken English.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
