About the role

Deloitte, a global professional services firm, has an SAP team within Southeast Asia focused on the SAP PM Module. The leader of this group will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyse process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions.
• Design target‑state SAP solutions for clients and influence their adoption of leading/standard practices.
• Analyse application landscape to design interfaces to the SAP solution.
• Perform SAP configuration and tests, and develop specifications for the development of forms, reports and interfaces.
• Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration and cut‑over.
• Support change‑management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cut‑over.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Good honours degree, preferably postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• Minimum 3‑6 years of experience in SAP PM Module, preferably with 2‑3 end‑to‑end full‑life‑cycle implementations.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in a multi‑cultural work environment.
• Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in the area of focus.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English to build relationships and work closely with client stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target‑state design.
• Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions.
• Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
• Willingness to work outside the office base and, most of all, travel locally and abroad as required.
• Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel both locally and internationally is a prerequisite for short‑term and long‑term project assignments.
