Role Overview
The System Analyst will proactively and holistically support technology‑transforming and optimization initiatives focusing on growing revenue, optimizing costs and mitigating risks by applying existing, new and emerging technologies, processes and industry best practices in the area of Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing. He/she will serve as an internal process and technology subject‑matter expert for Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing processes, providing actionable technology‑oriented recommendations and managing strategic technology deployments to help business leaders and enterprise stakeholders drive targeted business outcomes and respond to business challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing solution services delivery to supply chain and manufacturing functions.
- Ensuring alignment of activities with business needs and adequate execution.
- Solutioning for Microsoft Dynamics AX & Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations & Dynamics AX 2012 operation & change requests across multiple HSO sites predominantly on SCM & Manufacturing modules.
- Customising the ERP system to deliver solutions aligned with user’s business requirements.
- Keeping abreast of changes to Microsoft Dynamics ERP offerings including application functional updates.
- Requirement gathering, documentation, defining project scope, understanding business processes.
- Supporting an IT/Platform Reference Architecture Model for the area of responsibility to support mid‑to‑long‑term business strategy and digital transformation.
- Continuously monitoring architectural roadmaps to mitigate business risks related to systems and technology.
- Capturing demands for new solutions, reviewing strategic business impact and coordinating with internal delivery teams to transparently address business needs.
- Functioning as a business requirement expert to support the platform development team on questions during platform implementation, preparing relevant business scenarios and use cases for testing and certifying solutions for rollout.
- Steering the Change Advisory Boards for all solutions within the area of responsibility and ensuring that changes are implemented to yield business value, in accordance with IT strategy.
- Supporting management dashboard creation to demonstrate the business value delivered by technology solutions within the area of responsibility.
- Ensuring compliance to computer systems validation for relevant IT services.
- Identifying and managing risks associated with IT processes supporting GxP systems.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Substantial experience with business process analysis and/or re‑engineering in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing related functions.
- Experience with implementation of ERP – AX 2012 and D365 Finance and Operations.
- Proven experience with program and business process management principles, processes and tools.
- Understanding of the different types of agile principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level.
- Passion to work for a global medical technology organisation.
- Knowledge of Morph X / X++ / AX 2012 and D365 Finance and Operations technical aspects.
- Knowledge of basic SQL Server – SSRS, SSIS.
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare).
- Experience working with compliance to computer systems validations in GxP environments.

Academic Qualifications
University degree in IT or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.
