Job summary

A technology solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide on-site support for Operational Technology (OT) systems and infrastructure. The candidate will assist the OT Lead with change control activities, ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, and perform troubleshooting for IT/OT systems. Applicants should have a diploma in an engineering or computing discipline and possess strong customer-focused communication skills. • Provide first level onsite troubleshooting support for IT/OT systems.
• Carry out periodic preventive maintenance activities for onsite systems.
• Perform System Administrator role activities for user access management.
• Conduct user access reviews as part of system lifecycle activities.
