Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversees the rollout of all new LNW products.
- Explores new business opportunities and creates new ways to market SG products.
- Packages games with signs, chairs, etc. for total product release.
- Works with the Marketing Department and others to ensure collateral materials are created and released in a timely manner.
- Provides direction on how the product should be marketed and sold.
- Creates product release plan for all products.
- Supervises the work performed by other individuals working with products.
- Creates release packages for all games for distribution to the sales force.
- Develops and maintains product sales guide.
- Establishes marketing plan for new products to pinpoint which elements will be involved in a new product’s release; ensures that timeline is met.
- Works with outside sign vendors on pricing and art for new games.
- Develops sales force training programs for new products.
- Trains sales force on new games.
- Provides feedback on games in the field.
- Tracks project expenses, budgets, and timelines; reports information back to management.
- Works with other departments on the rollout of new and existing products.
- Assists other members of the department on an as needed basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Extensive experience at managing income and expenses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a business plan.
Proven track record of effective leadership and management combined with an innovative and market-driven approach.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of advanced mathematical concepts.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to such tasks as frequency distributions, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
- Effective problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to deal with non‑verbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.).
- Ability to process both abstract and concrete variables.
- Analytical thinker.
- Strategic planner.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels including top level management.
- Knowledge of the SG product line, policies, and procedure.

Training and Experience:
- Five to Seven years of product management experience, gaming preferred.
- Five years supervisory / management experience.
