ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build an AI-powered revenue operations stack. You will wear both Salesforce admin and backend developer hats, owning platform health, automations, and integrations across GTM processes.

You’ll design and maintain SQL pipelines, MCP servers, and AI tooling to connect our CRM with wider systems, while collaborating with engineering on larger initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce with object model, Flows, data loading, and settings.
• Proficient in Apex development: triggers, custom logic, and integrations.
• Strong SQL to write complex queries and data pipelines.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and foresee downstream impacts.
• Interest in AI-native GTM tech stacks and integrations with Salesforce/MCP.

Responsibilities

This isn't a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're building a GTM tech stack where AI is a first-class citizen, automations are genuinely intelligent, and our CRM is a living system that reflects how our business actually works.You'll function as a Salesforce admin and backend developer in one. You'll own platform administration, build complex automations via Flows and Apex, and develop and maintain custom services and integrations, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that connect our CRM to the broader systems our team runs on.
