Our client, a renowned Japanese financial institution, is seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst to join their regional Transaction Banking Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to act as the technical SME for Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange (FX), supporting enterprise-scale initiatives across Asia.
đź”§ What You'll Do
- Design and deliver technical solutions for Trade Finance and FX systems integration.
- Partner with business analysts, architects, and application teams to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.
- Develop and maintain interface specifications, conceptual and detailed designs.
- Support testing cycles, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in production incident resolution.
- Work across hybrid on‑premise and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with API security and architectural standards.
- Contribute to regional and global implementations, driving scalable and high‑performance solution designs.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst within Transaction Banking, with strong exposure to Trade Finance and FX.
- Proven track record in regional/global implementations and full SDLC lifecycle delivery.
- Strong command of integration protocols, APIs (internal & Open Banking), and security standards.
- Hands‑on experience with hybrid architectures and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
