Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives.
Identify and engage potential clients, build strong long‑term partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence.
Conduct product presentations, solution proposals, and technical discussions with customers and decision‑makers.
Collaborate with solution design, engineering, and project teams to create tailored proposals and quotations.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure smooth execution of the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to promote solutions and strengthen brand visibility.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in intralogistics, automation, or material handling systems.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing complex solution‑based projects.
Strong technical understanding of warehouse operations and automation processes.
