About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced System Operations Engineer to provide maintenance and operational support for data center common infrastructure systems. This role requires a strong understanding of systems operations, incident management, and infrastructure monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and operational support for data center common infrastructure.
• Assess and implement Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs) within stipulated SLAs.
• Prepare supporting documentation, reports, and technical summaries for management.
• Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, systems, and processes.
• Ensure all system software and associated components remain fully operational.
• Assist in incident resolution, performing root cause analysis where required.
• Work with vendors, service providers, and system integrators to troubleshoot and restore systems to operational readiness.
• Identify, test, and apply security patches and updates for newly released vulnerabilities.
• Provide 24x7 standby support and perform scheduled system activities during off-peak hours.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2019 (mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in data center operations, system administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with willingness to perform 24x7 standby support.
• Open to Singapore Citizens only, due to government security clearance requirements.
