Job summary
ST Engineering's Advanced Networks & Sensors division seeks a System Integration Engineer to support the integration, testing, and deployment of complex systems for defence and public security projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivered solutions meet technical and operational requirements, including on-site integration and reviews.
The role requires strong system-level thinking, problem-solving, and coordination across domains; candidates with experience in RF,
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in RF communications, antennas, wave propagation, and signal processing.
- Experience with radar systems, defence and satellite/cellular communications.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Unix/Linux and VM environments.
- Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory, RF/microwave, and digital signal processing.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle, VPNs, firewalls, and Cisco networking.
- Strong interpersonal, proactive problem-solving, and team skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control the technical aspects of projects.
- Collaborate with clients and developers to identify system requirements.
- Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure.
- Support operational systems to meet contractual SLA.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly.
- Diagnose and rectify technical issues.
