Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 3 years of IT Infrastructure & Services support.
  • Experience in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies.
  • Preferably with certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Job description

We are looking for a service-oriented professional to join our 24x7 Enterprise Infrastructure & Services team. In this role, you will ensure that our enterprise IT services are reliable, responsive, and user-friendly, supporting the day-to-day needs of PSA’s workforce. You will be responsible for supporting Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, IT Operations Management, and other enterprise services that keep our employees connected and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner to end users by providing timely Level 3 support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively with minimal business disruption.
  • Lead and support IT infrastructure projects with the goal of enhancing the end-user experience and improving the quality of ICT service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and strengthen monitoring, ensuring smoother operations and fewer disruptions for end users.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and reports to give teams and stakeholders better visibility of service health and performance.
  • Work closely with other infrastructure teams and external IT service providers to ensure seamless, end-to-end support for users.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Computing, Computer Science/Engineering or IT
  • At least 1 to 3 years of IT Infrastructure & Services support
  • Experience in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365), System Center
  • IT Operations Management
  • Remote Access Service
  • System Management
  • Unified Communications or Microsoft Phone
  • Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player
  • Preferably with certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
