A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage Windows Server environments and troubleshoot system issues. Responsibilities include performing upgrades, managing incident tickets from L1 to L3, and conducting health checks. Candidates should have a solid background in Windows Server, VMware, and antivirus management. This position offers a rotating standby schedule and is located at Changi Airport.
Windows Server 2019 and above
Perform antivirus definition and security patches, OS, software and firmware upgrades in the system
Perform SSL certificate renewal of all certificates used in the system
Troubleshoot system issues including working with OEM supports to determine cause of issue and rectification plan
Perform monthly system preventive management health checks and reporting
Support system deployment changes during off-peak operation hours
Manage L1 to L3 incident tickets and service requests
Provide L2 support 24/7 based on a scheduled rotation basis
Working Location: Changi Airport
5 day week with team rotating standby
