Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a technical support professional in Singapore. The role involves providing field break-fix and remote support, post-sales implementation, and serving as a technical lead for key accounts. Responsibilities

  • Perform standby duty based on rotation basis.
  • Provide field break-fix and remote technical support based on SLA (24x7).
  • Provide post-sales project implementation, onsite support and coordination.
  • Provide break-fix support including machine inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as technical lead and/or project manager for assigned key accounts.
  • Deliver high quality services and customer satisfaction to clients.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of equipment and maintain work area tidiness.
  • Provide timely updates of activity list on a weekly basis.
  • Drive self-improvement and stay updated with latest technologies.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Support sales with pre-sales support and technical domain advice.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job description

  • Provide break-fix support including, but not limited to, machine inspection, system checklist creation, troubleshooting and replacement of hardware level, troubleshooting of Operating System, incident ownership and customer management
  • Serve as technical lead and/or project manager for assigned key accounts
  • Deliver high quality services and customer satisfactions to our clients
  • Ensure good housekeeping of equipment residing at designated platform area and maintain the work area tidiness within the engineering area
  • Provide timely update of activity list on a weekly basis
  • Drive self-improvement and upkeep with the latest technologies and corporate changes on a continuous basis
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision when tasks are assigned
  • Support sales in pre-sales support and provide technical domain advice
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior
