Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Install,configure, and maintain operating systems, hardware, and third-partysoftware (Windows and Linux).
• Performsystem upgrades, patching, and performance optimization to ensureefficiency and reliability.
• Design,implement, and maintain file systems, storage, and backup/recoverysolutions.
• Diagnoseand resolve hardware, software, and network issues; coordinate with vendorsand stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Administerand maintain enterprise antivirus, endpoint protection, and systemhardening policies, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Manageuser identity and access controls across on-premises ActiveDirectory, hybrid environments, and Azure Entra ID.
• Maintainconfiguration management, documentation, and operational standards.
• Implementand monitor disaster recovery and business continuityprocesses.
• Automatesystem operations using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, orPython).
• Monitorinfrastructure health, performance, and logs using observability tools(e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Supportcloud and virtualization platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, VMware).
• Ensuresystem security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness (e.g., CybertrustMark Essential, ISO 27001).
• Conductand support system security audits, including third-party riskassessments, regulatory/compliance audits, and internal ITsecurity reviews.
• Operateand manage SIEM systems, such as ManageEngine, withexperience in Microsoft Sentinel preferred.
• Performvulnerability assessments using Tenable and assist inremediation planning and execution.
• Manageand monitor Privileged Access Security (PAS) using Silverfortor similar identity protection platforms.
• Overseeendpoint protection and threat response with Microsoft Defenderfor Endpoint.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, andhigh-performing IT operations.
• Participatein infrastructure projects, remediation efforts, and continuousimprovement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Practicalexperience with the following tools and technologies is stronglypreferred:

• Tenable(Vulnerability Assessment and Management)

• Familiaritywith monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Splunk)is a plus.
• Abilityto work independently and take ownership of assigned systemsand projects.
