Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled System Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge X-ray scan systems, contributing to their design, improvement, and troubleshooting. The role involves hands-on technical work, global travel for training and installations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve X-ray scan systems, including building prototypes and testing new designs.
• Write manufacturing and test procedures for equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain equipment in the field while providing customer training as needed.
• Train manufacturing personnel on assembly and testing of products.
• Assist in integrating software with electrical control systems.
• Provide organized documentation for analysis and recommend design improvements.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot product designs, offering constructive feedback.
• Evaluate product performance using field data and recommend modifications or improvements.
• Travel globally for system evaluations, custom installations, and training purposes.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Education/Training

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Computer Literacy

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with the ability to learn specialized software programs.

Experience

• Preferably more than 1 year of proven experience in an electrical engineering-related field.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Knowledge/Skills

Candidates should possess at least one of the following:

• FPGA/DSP/MCU design expertise.
