Job summary

A leading IT service provider in Singapore is seeking a System Analyst to join their team. The role involves analyzing user requirements, coordinating with development teams, and supporting SIT/UAT phases. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and knowledge of the Banking industry. Applicants should have at least 1 year of IT experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year total IT working experience is required.
  • Working experience or knowledge in Banking or Financial Industry is preferred.
  • Must have working experience in SIT/UAT phases.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
  • Design and execute test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes.
  • Support SIT/UAT phases and assist in obtaining user sign-offs.

Role : System Analyst - SIT/UAT
Essential Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or Economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ year total IT working experience is required.
  • Working experience Or Knowledge in Banking or Financial Industry is highly preferred.
  • Must have working experience in SIT/UAT phases (Internship project experience can be considered).
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies is required.
  • You will be involved in requirement analysis, functional specification, and test case preparation.
  • You are expected to support SIT/UAT phases, ensure proper documentation, and assist in transitioning solutions to production teams.
  • You will work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and system integration standards.
  • You will participate in defect analysis and resolution during testing phases, ensuring traceability and alignment with business requirements.
  • You will contribute to functional documentation, test result tracking, and post-implementation reviews to support continuous improvement.
