A leading mobility solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a project manager to manage and support small to medium-scale mobility solution projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee testing and deployment activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in IT system development. Manage and support small to medium-scale mobility solution projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design documents for development.
Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including test strategy, test planning, design, execution, and issue resolution for both functional and interface testing.
Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are resolved promptly and do not impact project milestones.
Execute solution deployment activities and provide technical support during and after implementation to ensure smooth business operations.
Participate actively in all stages of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) for both in-house and vendor-developed solutions.
Support regional or global solution rollouts across the SEA region in collaboration with global IT and business teams.
Partner with the Business and Product teams to define strategic and technical roadmaps that align with Toyota’s mobility goals.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends, applying them to improve business performance and maintain Toyota’s competitive advantage.
Drive continuous process improvement to enhance development efficiency, testing quality, and system stability.
Contribute to other strategic IT initiatives as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in IT system development, business analysis, or solution delivery.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience with solution design, testing, and deployment.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end project outcomes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
Proactive and adaptable, with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
High level of accountability, ownership, and teamwork spirit.
Willingness to travel within the SEA region when required.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is an advantage.
