Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and IT to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design and implement enhancements to compliance and surveillance systems.
• Provide support, maintenance, and performance optimization for compliance platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Lead data mapping, interface design, and configuration of workflows and rules.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a System Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with Actimize, or similar platforms (FIRCOSOFT, Mantas, Norkom).
• Strong knowledge of AML, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
