Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a System Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Actimize, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AML, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.

- Design and implement enhancements to compliance and surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and IT to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design and implement enhancements to compliance and surveillance systems.
- Provide support, maintenance, and performance optimization for compliance platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors, developers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Lead data mapping, interface design, and configuration of workflows and rules.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a System Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Hands‑on experience with Actimize, or similar platforms (FIRCOSOFT, Mantas, Norkom).
- Strong knowledge of AML, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
