Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for banking applications in CCO and PMR domains.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors, testers, and L1/L2 teams.
• Manage testing scope, support fixes, and production implementation.
• Troubleshoot Ctrl-M batch job failures and monitor production issues.
• Handle middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewals.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong in Java/J2EE and Oracle DB; experience with MSSQL.
• Solid knowledge of production support processes.
• Ability to work across functional domains and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience.
• Knowledge of TBMS by SunTec, billing/pricing applications.
• Familiarity with JBoss EAP and Linux (RHEL).
