Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document business requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and work with developer to develop efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces that support business processes.

Perform configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules

Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing technical expertise and analysis.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines

Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.

Minimum 3 years working experience in supporting SAP FICO modules.

Research and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to adapt to evolving SAP and IT technologies.

SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA are a plus.

Proficiency in other tech tools like RPA will be a bonus.
