Job Scope
- Dealing with VIP clients, traders, and senior stakeholders with regards of their issues with IT
- Being the first and single point of escalation on IT issues
- Translate and simplify complex issues to customers
- Resolve all the technical issues
- Managing and monitoring the IT functions of the backend, including network, servers monitoring, servers backup, Active Directory, network security and endpoint security
Technical Requirement
- Minimally 5 years of experience in Users support
- Proven experience in resolving EUC issues, Network troubleshooting, server solutions and backup
- Proved experience in resolving issues with Microsoft 365 and security features of MDM intune
- Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Azure Cloud and Citrix products
- Proved experience in servers like Active Directory, ESX administration, Microsoft Servers 2016 and 2019
- Proven experience in servers backup using tools like VEEAM
- Proven experience in Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access / endpoint manager.
- Proven experience in Cloud Endpoint protection like threat hunting
- Proven experience in Network security and Networking
