Hiring: Swim Coach for August/September Batch

Looking for a side hustle to complement your main income? We’ve got the job for you. We’re hiring Coaches (Swimming and Water Sports/ Fitness). No prior Swim Coaching experiences or certifications are required as you’ll embark on a training and learning journey with us. Students welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching of swimming lessons
• Keeping attendance records and progress updated on our online Coach portal
• Abide by Swim it Right’s teaching methods and lesson plans
• Attend training or meeting sessions when required from time to time
• Ensuring the safety of students during lessons

Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:

• Flexible
• less than 10 hours / week
• Morning shift
• Monday - Friday
• Weekends only

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least 2 of the 4 basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, and Butterfly) is required.
• Love the sun and outdoors (and being in the pool)
• Enjoy interacting with people (kids or adults)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, independent and proactive
• Able to commit for at least 1 year
