Job summary

A human resources organization in Singapore seeks a Subject Matter Expert for SWIFT Alliance products. This role requires approximately 5 years of experience in SWIFT messaging infrastructure and hands-on experience with the SWIFT Alliance suite. The candidate will oversee SWIFTNet connectivity, monitor message status, and ensure compliance with SWIFT CSP controls. The position offers a contract tenure with an attractive salary of up to SGD 7,000 per month.

Job description

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SWIFT Alliance products such as AMH, SAA, SAG, SWIFTNet Link, RMA, and HSM.
• Set up and manage SWIFTNet connectivity, including VPN, TLS, and certificate lifecycle.
• Support onboarding and integration of SWIFT MT / MX messages (e.g., RJE XMLv2, AMH AMP).
• Implement and adjust routing rules on SAA and AMH to control message flows.
• Monitor message status, system health, and resolve issues like NAKs or rejections.
• Ensure compliance with SWIFT CSP controls and support annual attestation processes.
• Collaborate with infra and security teams on firewall setup, OS hardening, and secure channel configuration.
• Provide technical support during SIT, UAT phases, and during SWIFT-related audits.

Job Requirements :

• Approximately 5 years of experience working with SWIFT messaging infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SWIFT MT / MX formats and ISO 20022 standards.
• Hands‑on experience with SWIFT Alliance suite including AMH, SAA, SAG, and HSM.
• Familiarity with RMA management, BIC configurations, and high‑value payment systems (e.g., MEPS+, RTGS, CBPR+).
• Experience implementing SWIFT CSP controls and participating in security assessments.
• Working knowledge of Linux / Unix systems, VPNs, TLS, and basic firewall / network security.
• SQL / Oracle experience for message querying and reporting.
