We are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join a high-impact leadership team within a major financial institution. This is a senior individual contributor role, offering exposure to board-level initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving corporate strategy, overseeing critical initiatives, and supporting regulatory dialogue at the highest level. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who can balance big-picture thinking with operational precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies in alignment with broader organisational objectives.
  • Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from concept to implementation, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on regulatory engagement matters, working closely with internal compliance and legal teams.
  • Identify market opportunities, assess industry developments, and provide insights to guide strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, technology, operations, and governance functions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as a central coordination point for executive-level initiatives, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
