We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to take on the role of Vendor Service Delivery and Efficiency Manager at the ED/SVP level. This role sits at the heart of our Infrastructure and Cyber Resiliency (ICR) transformation, responsible for driving best‑in‑class vendor performance and cost efficiency across a global technology and infrastructure landscape. The ideal candidate is expected to build, run, and continuously improve a high‑performing vendor governance and efficiency engine across the Technology Group.
