Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, implement, and manage the client value proposition and client lifecycle strategy for the Private Bank segment.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the client journey across onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit stages.
  • Define client engagement standards and collaborate with Market Heads and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor value propositions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within the client portfolio by leveraging data and advanced analytics, including co-designing predictive models and dynamic segmentation strategies.
  • Co-create client campaigns and targeting strategies to deepen relationships and optimise portfolio performance.
  • Define and track portfolio KPIs, generate insights, and translate them into targeted strategies for personalised client engagement.
