Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Senior VP/ Director of Product to lead the strategy and market success of our AI cloud infrastructure platform. You will own the product roadmap for GPU cloud capabilities, AI training and inference, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, infra, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud computing, infrastructure, or enterprise tech products.
• Experience leading products or product teams.
• Product experience with a major public cloud, GPU cloud, AI infra platform, or neocloud provider.
• Ownership of a major cloud product line or leadership in scaling a cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of GPU computing, cloud infra, scheduling, networking, storage, metering, and billing.
• Familiarity with requirements for large-model training, inference, serving, and AI workloads.
• Proven product strategy, market judgement, and prioritization skills with commercial impact.
• Experience with pricing, cost management, and infra utilization.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, infra, sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall product strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for the AI cloud platform.
• Lead the product portfolio across GPU compute, bare metal, containers, networking, storage, and resource management.
• Define direction for AI training, inference, model deployment, and serverless inference.
• Own packaging, business models, pricing, metering, and SLA design with revenue and margin accountability.
• Translate customer needs into standardized platform capabilities for AI and cloud workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, sales, and solutions teams through the full lifecycle.
• Build and lead the AI cloud product organization with effective decision-making processes.
• Monitor global AI infra, GPU tech, and cloud trends; engage with customers and ecosystem partners.
