A leading investment management firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support their Sustainability team. You will assist in integrating sustainability considerations across asset classes to enhance investment decisions and report to the Head of Sustainability. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in sustainability within an investment setting, alongside skills in data analysis and programming. This position requires initiative and strong stakeholder management abilities.
This role will report directly to the Head of Sustainability, working within the broader Investment Group.
The selected candidate will primarily support the Sustainability team’s effort in generating investment alpha, by integrating sustainability considerations across asset class to enhance the overall investment decision-making process.
The role will also, as part of the team, support Fullerton’s efforts to maintain smooth ESG data operations and optimize tools to support the overall investment analysis and trading process, and support corporate sustainability reporting and practices where needed.
The candidate is expected to be self-driven in identification (including research) and contribution toward investment alpha and to engage stakeholders purposefully in this process.
1. Assisting and supporting the Head of Sustainability and Investment Group to deliver better risk-adjusted returns within various asset classes as a primary objective, examples include but are not limited to the following:
2. Supporting the team to ensure a smooth operationalization and controls of ESG within investment, trading, client management to enable stakeholders in achieving and communicating ESG integration. These include:
3. Supporting the firm’s active ownership efforts with portfolio companies, across asset classes.
4. Supporting implementation of corporate sustainability strategies and the publication of the firm’s annual Sustainability Report.
