Williams-Sonoma Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a 6-12 month internship to support our sustainability data initiatives.

The role centers on implementing a new system for supply-chain traceability, onboarding suppliers, troubleshooting data, and delivering timely analysis to drive sustainability outcomes. The ideal candidate will have interest in sustainability tech, strong Excel and data skills, and comfort collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

Interest in sustainability or supply chain fields.
Experience in sustainability and traceability projects is an advantage.
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to process large data for insights and action.
Global perspective, culturally sensitive and aware.
Creative, energetic and motivated.
Thrives in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable about Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the Sustainability team in achieving goals through implementation of a new technology platform for suppliers.
Monitor supplier compliance by analyzing vendor cotton supply chain mapping and alignment with WSI requirements.
Communicate system purpose and expectations to suppliers.
Manage the system, resolve vendor issues, provide timely assistance and suggest changes.
Monitor data submission timeliness through the system’s task function and review submitted data.
