Job summary

Group of Companies (Vidacity, GWS Living Art, etc) in Singapore is seeking a Project Associate (Research & Product Development) to support sustainability and green infrastructure initiatives. You will assist in research, data collection, and product development across field and lab environments.

This hands-on role interests curious individuals with strong organisation and communication skills, eager to work with universities and industry partners on real-world projects. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in both lab and field environments.
Able to start on short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Research & Development: Support data collection, field studies, and experimental trails; assist in reports and documentation; collaborate with universities and partners; support ongoing sustainability research.
Product Development: Assist in testing, prototyping, and refinement; support certification, compliance, and documentation; contribute to green infrastructure solutions.
Project & Operations Support: Manage technical drawings and project records; support lab operations; liaise with suppliers and contractors; assist with on-site trials and general coordination.
