in Singapore is seeking a proactive Corporate Sustainability professional to train, design, and manage client sustainability programs and initiatives, helping organisations adopt circular business models and measurable environmental targets. You will engage government bodies and institutes of higher learning across Asia, lead workshops, manage accounts, coordinate multi-country projects, and deliver practical sustainability solutions while aligning with industry

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in corporate sustainability, environmental consulting, training, or related field.
• Experience running or supporting training, workshops, or programmes for adults.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and frameworks (ISSB, GRI, GHG Protocol).
• Working understanding of sustainability issues in local and global contexts.
• Basic understanding of innovation processes (Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Good time management; capable of handling multiple clients/projects.
• Willingness to adapt to ambiguous contexts across multiple client projects.
• Willingness to accommodate working hours across time zones; Time Off policy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Bonus: Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Account management across scoping, proposals, and delivery as main client contact.
• Training design and delivery of sustainability programmes with current industry trends.
• Programme management with Corporate Sustainability Team to align goals.
• Stakeholder engagement to drive sustainability initiatives.
