This role encompasses developing sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance with audits, and promoting environmental practices. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in sustainability within the hospitality sector. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
Position Summary
The Sustainability Manager is responsible for leading and implementing the group’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy across all properties. This role ensures alignment with global standards such as EarthCheck, drives measurable environmental and social impact, and fosters a culture of sustainability throughout the organisation. The manager will collaborate with property teams, corporate departments, and external partners to embed sustainability into operations, compliance, and guest experience.

Qualification

Work Experience
