Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Intern in Sustainability (Culture & Capacity Building) to support events, communications, and training across the property. You will contribute to sustainability initiatives and assist in reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.

The role offers full-time internship in Singapore, with responsibilities spanning event support, content creation, and research on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interest in environmental and social issues.
• Ability to analyze data and articulate sustainability value.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of sustainable events and post-event impact reports.
• Assist development of sustainability communications (website, social media, newsletters).
• Help pursue environmental certifications and audits (ISO20121, ISO14001, GSTC, EIC).
• Assist with planning and coordination of sustainability tours and events across the property.
• Support creation of the Responsible Business Report and training materials.
