Job summary

CapitaLand Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Executive to oversee sustainability initiatives and engineering projects across our portfolio. You will coordinate data collection, validate reporting, and support ESG submissions and disclosures.

The role requires a degree in engineering or sustainability with 2–4 years' relevant experience, strong PM and analytical skills, and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in engineering or sustainability disciplines.
• 2–4 years of experience in sustainability, engineering, facilities management or built environment.
• Familiarity with green building certifications, sustainability reporting, energy management.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability initiatives and engineering projects incl. solar PV, M&E upgrades, smart buildings.
• Coordinate with operations and stakeholders to collect and report utility and sustainability data.
• Identify and implement technologies to improve energy, water, waste performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies, trials and evaluations of new technologies; oversee execution.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, vendors and external partners on sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare management reports, business cases and presentations for approvals.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by manager.
