Job summary

WOHA ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sustainability/Regenerative Design professional to develop strategies across scales and design stages.

You will coordinate ESD/ESG and carbon assessments with clients and in-house teams, leveraging energy modelling, daylight, shading and building physics to inform design options. The role requires a degree in a related field with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication and the ability to work across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years in environmental consultancy, research or related fields.
Genuine interest in sustainability and regenerative design; commitment to development.
Interest in AI, automation and new technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of sustainability principles, rating/certification schemes and ESG frameworks.
Professional certifications such as GMAP / LEED AP / WELL AP are a plus but not required.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Grasshopper/Ladybug/Radiance or related tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop sustainability and regenerative strategies at all scales and design stages.
Coordinate ESD/ESG and carbon assessments with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrate knowledge of environmental design, energy optimisation and building physics.
Coordinate and ensure Green Rating certifications (Green Mark, LEED, etc.).
Develop standards and metrics; perform simulations (energy, CFD, daylight) and provide design options.
Manage multiple projects, guiding teams and ensuring effective coordination.
