As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. This role involves both lunch and dinner service, with opportunities to express creativity while upholding traditional Japanese techniques and Shunsui’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, and related Japanese dishes with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to the restaurant’s standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi counter and kitchen area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings when required.
