Survey Designer (Full Stack Developer)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with a strong possibility of extension for a further 6 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a focus on survey tools to join our dynamic team on a 6+6 month contract. In this role, you will be at the heart of designing, building, and maintaining robust and user-friendly survey applications. You will leverage your expertise across the entire technology stack to create seamless digital experiences from the front-end user interface to the back-end data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end applications using React JS and utilize Redux Toolkit for efficient and predictable state management.
• Back-End Development: Design, implement, and optimize high-performing backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python (including Streamlit).
• Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS Cloud services to build scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions.
• Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with design and product teams to translate requirements into a seamless user experience.
• Code Excellence: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Adhere to and promote best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio in both frontend and backend development.

Technical Must-Haves

1. Frontend: Proficiency in ReactJS and Redux.
2. Backend: Strong experience with Python and Node.js.
3. Frameworks/Tools: Hands-on experience with Streamlit.
4. API Development: Solid experience in the creation and maintenance of RESTful APIs using Node.js.
5. Cloud: Good working knowledge of AWS Cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS).
