Leveraging the latest web technologies and intelligent automation, we continue to innovate and deliver next‑generation systems. We are now hiring Support Engineer, with the following job details:

Responsibilities
  • Provide front‑line support for customer issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system functionality issues both remotely and onsite
  • Escalate issues effectively to management or software developers or partners
  • Conduct scheduled system maintenance
  • Lead and support for new project software installation, commissioning and system integration testing
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Diploma in related engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Experience in customer environments is a plus
  • Good IT knowledge in Windows, Android, Servers and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network security)
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Strong proactive communication and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and a good team player
  • Willing to work extended hours when required
