The Opportunity

• Our Client, FMCG MNC Company
• They are currently looking Supply Planner
• Work Location: Raffles Quay, Singapore
• Starting with 9 months contract (renewable)

The Talent

• Min Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business or equivalent
• Must have 2 to 3 years minimum experience in supply chain, logistics or related function
• Knowledge of utilize SAP and Power BI
• Knowledge of managing stakeholder's relationship
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table / VLOOKUP)

The Job

• Ensure smooth execution of the planning processs in order and optimising customer service and cost
• Strong coordination with S&OP and market supply chain teams
• Validated sales forecasts
• Collaborate with global S&OP teams about the long term issues
• Evaluate of the shortage risks and by communicating priorities to the team
• Perform shortage analysis of the causes and definite of the action plan
• Inbound management, liaise with 3PL and freight forwarders
• Ensure order processing and follow up closely for the delivery
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
