A leading recruitment agency seeks a Supply Planner in Singapore for a 9-month renewable contract. The ideal candidate holds a degree in logistics or supply chain and possesses 2-3 years of related experience. Responsibilities include optimizing planning processes, coordinating with supply chain teams, and managing inbound logistics. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and strong analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years minimum experience in supply chain, logistics or related function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of the planning process and optimising customer service and cost.
• Strong coordination with S&OP and market supply chain teams.
• Validate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with global S&OP teams about long-term issues.
• Evaluate shortage risks and communicate priorities to the team.
• Perform shortage analysis and define action plans.
• Liaise with 3PL and freight forwarders for inbound management.
• Ensure order processing and follow up closely on delivery.

• They are currently looking Supply Planner
• Work Location: Raffles Quay, Singapore
• Starting with 9 months contract (renewable)

The Talent

• Min Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business or equivalent
• Must have 2 to 3 years minimum experience in supply chain, logistics or related function
• Knowledge of utilize SAP and Power BI
• Knowledge of managing stakeholder's relationship
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table / VLOOKUP)

The Job
