A leading staffing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Development Specialist for a 12-month contract. The role involves logistics planning, cost analysis, and supply chain reporting. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in logistics or supply chain management with 4-5 years of experience. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP is preferred. Immediate candidates will be prioritized.

• Transport planning and reviewing carrier performance.

The Opportunity

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:45pm
• Working Location: Science Park
• 12 month contract

The Talent

• Min Diploma/Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Business Administrative or equivalent
• Must have 4 to 5 years minimum experience in supply chain and logistics operation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advance Excel and Power BI: experience in creating dashboard will be adding advantage
• Knowledge of using SAP
• Well communication, detail oriental & self-driven
• Problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Immediate candidates will be preferred

The Job

• Transport planning - Flag and elevate deviations and assist reviewing carrier and shipping line performance
• Logistics freight cost - Identify and analysis on fluctuations, cost and monthly support freight cost variance
• Supply chain reporting - collect and analyse supply chain, prepare monthly KPI dashboard and elevate issues as needed
• Project Management - Supply and follow up region supply chain development manager in documenting projects and progress
• Others assigned duties and responsibility
