  • Experience in partner management and project exposure is preferable.
  • Conversant with MS Office, especially Advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for at least two work streams managing daily output and team guidance.
  • Oversee daily operations for walk-in hub and delivery fulfilment fleet.
  • Report service quality for all customer touchpoints and manage continuous improvement.

Who is the Supply Chain Specialist?

You enjoy working in logistics centres where the timely fulfilment of customers’ orders take priority. You will support the Operations Lead in ensuring that daily work activities in the different sections, such as Order Processing, Fulfilment and Receiving Operations are carried out according to plan, and guiding and training team members.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for at least two work streams, ensuring daily output are met, and team members are provided with guidance and training where needed. The work streams are in the following areas:
  • Fulfilment & Outbound
  • Walk-in Hub situated in TLC
  • Customer Experience and Fulfilment Quality
  • Receiving & Inbound
  • Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Product Quality Inspection & Control
  • Product Repair
  • You will be the go-to person for
  • Operation Documents Governance for the streams you are assigned to
  • Conducting regular internal audit to meet compliance and established operation standards
  • Customer/supplier escalations
  • Authorised Service Providers reviews against established KPIs
Customer Experience & Fulfilment Quality

You will co-own the responsibility for

  • Overseeing the daily operations for walk-in hub situated in TLC
  • End to end Customer Experience design and work processes for both the walk-in hub and delivery fulfilment fleet
  • Reporting of service quality for all customer fronting touchpoints; including RCA for underperformance and continuous improvement initiatives

You will also undertake the role of a Continuous Improvement Champion in our Business Health Assessment Initiative, and to proactively identify and manage opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
  • 3-4 years’ supply chain experience in consumer electronics or telco industry
  • Experience in partner management and projects exposure using lean concepts, and waste management would be useful.
  • Conversant with MS Office, Advance MS Excel, Dax 365
