Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am–5.30pm

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner (Order Fulfilment) to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in supply chain management — no prior experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order processing, scheduling, and shipment coordination
• Coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements and customer demands
• Monitor, plan, and oversee demand & supply commitments
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Manage customers’ accounts, monitor shipment/revenue status, and review material and forecast requirements
• Maintain and update product configurations and BOMs
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve fulfilment-related inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• No experience required — training will be provided!
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage
