Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking hands-on, fresh and dynamic individuals to join the Supply Chain Operations team in Singapore. You will handle daily dock receiving, warehouse operations, resource planning, and workplace safety to uphold high performance and reliability.

No experience is required as training will be provided. You will learn to work across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, Sundays and public holidays, while using Excel, PowerPoint and Project for data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to analyze data and present strategic solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Willingness to work various shifts including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of daily dock receiving, warehouse operations, resource planning, and workplace safety.
• Take charge of team members, equipment maintenance, and daily problem solving.
• Ensure end-to-end processes comply with company standards and service levels.
• Continuously evaluate and propose productivity improvements and process optimization.
• Participate in training for deployment of automation robots aligned with objectives.
