Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an operations-oriented individual to handle GMP label printing, inspection, over-labelling and secondary packaging for clinical trial materials.

You will work in a cold room environment, follow site SOPs, complete documentation accurately and be prepared for multi-skilled tasks with training provided. Min Nitec in SCM or related qualification required; short-notice availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Supply Chain Management or related qualification.
• Experience in supply chain/logistics/operations preferred.
• Able to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• GMP Label Printing, Label Inspection, Over-labelling and Secondary Packaging Activities Right First Time.
• Housekeeping activities as assigned by M&P Supervisor and/or designee.
• Work in accordance with site SOPs and policies at all times.
• Complete all required documentation Right First Time and in a timely manner.
• When needed, perform other tasks or duties assigned by the M&P Supervisor and/or designee; training provided for multi-skilled flexibility.

Nitec in Supply Chain Management or related qualification

Working hours 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri)

Remark (Very Important) Must be comfortable to work in a cold room environment (winter wear is provided)

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To perform Label Printing and Secondary Packaging operational processes for pharmaceutical products for clinical trials.
• Computer and associated software use.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• GMP Label Printing, Label Inspection, Over-labelling and Secondary Packaging Activities Right First Time
• To perform housekeeping activities as assigned by M&P Supervisor and/or designee
• To work in accordance with site SOP's and policies at all times.
• To complete all required documentation Right First Time and in a timely manner.
• When the need arises and when requested by Management, to perform other tasks or duties assigned by the M&P Supervisor and/or designee. If applicable, training will be provided to support this multi-skilledflexibility

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Supply Chain Management or any related qualifications
• Experience in supply chain/ Logistics/ Operation field is preferred
• Able to start within a short notice period
