Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Officer for a 1-year contract. The role includes sending invoices, managing order revisions, and reviewing export documents. Overview

Location: Labrador Park

Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (Mondays to Fridays)

Hybrid working arrangement

Job Responsibilities
  • Send invoices to Factory and follow up to obtain required documents (e.g., manufacturing certificates, etc.).
  • Process and manage order revisions for breakages, ensuring all updates are finalized before invoicing, based on factory notifications.
  • Review and amend the Carrier’s Bill of Lading (B/L) as necessary
  • Review margin details and verify information before invoice confirmation.
  • Consolidate, review, amend and send the complete set of export documents to the Order Team
  • Handle LC/DA/DP term orders — apply, consolidate, obtain required signatures, and submit documents to the bank or customer as applicable.
  • Apply for marine insurance, review details, and secure the marine insurance certificate.
  • Submit tax invoice to the Finance Department.
  • Prepare and update reports (weekly and monthly as required).
Job Requirements
  • Min. NITEC in any field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good team player
  • Candidates with no experience and interested in pursuing a career in supply chain management are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with shipping and manufacturing procedures preferred.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export documents preferred.
