The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with proven experience in supply chain management and proficiency in SAP.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Manage logistics, warehousing, inventory control and delivery systems.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and initiate improvements.
  • Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, production and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and company standards.
  • Handle other duties or special assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, a Master’s degree is often preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience, with some senior roles requiring at least 7-10 years and regional leadership exposure.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
