Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing suppliers and customers, and conducting cost analysis. Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel (ASEAN).
• Knowledge and experience in using incoterms.
• Experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments.

• Supplier and customer management focusing on order backlog and forecast management.
• May be required to travel on case-by-case basis.
• Conduct cost analysis related to cargo and logistics.

Job description

We are looking for a flexible candidate who have interest and would like to learn in-depth on supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
• May be required to travel on case-by-case basis
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel (ASEAN).
• In addition, candidate will be entitled to monthly transport reimbursement.
• Candidate must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms
• Candidate must have experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs)
• Candidate must have experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export)
