About the Role:

The Supply Chain & Logistics Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods across global locations. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment, accurate documentation, and compliance with international trade and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to confirm shipment readiness, packaging specifications, and documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor shipping schedules, track in-transit goods, and update stakeholders on delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes, including pickup, booking, export/import documentation, and delivery to destination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align delivery schedules with project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and goods movement records, including freight cost, customs documentation, and stock updates in the ERP system.
  • Prepare regular logistics reports — shipment tracking, on-time delivery, and freight spend analysis.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of working experience in international logistics or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Oracle) or similar platform.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, effectively coordinating activities across regions and time zones.
