A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Associate to manage orders, maintain customer relations, and oversee inventory. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Studies and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of Oracle or SAP systems. The role is located in Paya Lebar and offers a salary of up to $2800.
Efficiently process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders, oversee customer consignment programs, maintain accurate customer price books and a well‑organised documentation filing system.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and engineers to ensure on‑time deliveries to both internal and external clients, maintain inventory levels and oversee stock movement.
Manage and resolve inquiries from customers and business partners, cultivate strong customer relationships, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Studies (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years’ experience; Oracle/SAP knowledge
